Baoshan in early winter, embraced by the rich aroma of coffee,warmly welcomed guests from across the globe.The 3rd International Conference on the Development of Specialty Coffee Industry was held in Baoshan, Yunnan, from November 24 to 27.It brought together over 500 delegates from government agencies,coffee enterprises, associations, and research institutions across more than 10 countries and regions, including China, Honduras, and Jamaica,to explore new pathways for the high-quality,specialty-driven development of the coffee industry.

From coffee estates and industrial parks to local campuses,delegates gained a comprehensive view of Baoshan’s coffee industry chain,tracing a journey of seed to cup.
