From August 20 to 22, the 2025 Yunnan Study Tour for Overseas Chinese Communities was held in Baoshan. More than 30 participants from Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, and other countries retraced the historic Yunnann-Myanmar Road, following the footsteps of the Nanyang Volunteer Drivers. They learned the heroic contributions of Nanyang Volunteer Drivers during the Chinese people's  war of resistance against Japan, and experienced firsthand the profound bond between overseas Chinese and their ancestral homeland through this tour.
